1. not to big spawns
2. no massspawning
3. dont spam spells or please dont use spells which are to big and make lags
4. please don't scale over 5
When you don't do that ingame than i think there will not much server crashs.

spaming GM commands can crash, too. So please don't for do for example .kill 4x per second
