Please Ban Starr Empty Please Ban Starr

The character Starr has been teleporting my characters to zones which make my game crash. I can no longer log on to them and play. Whenever i make a new character he sends him there. PLEASE HELP!

i deleted .rec portplayer for normal users. so they cannot port you again.
