Character Problem Empty Character Problem

I have some problem when i want to create a char.i choose class,race and when i want to connect i have loading screen where i waiting a lot of time and...nothing...It's my PC???

i think its not your pc its the server. In my opinion many people are creating things that the server overloads and crash.
