New here and having a problem

Hello i was going through xtremetop100 and found this server and it caught my interest. Only problem is i can not make a game account, when i try it tells me creation of the account was not possible. Any help? Thanks in advance

the server is offline at the moment -,- i asked the head admin for database access to rise the server up, but i dont have that at the moment. Sorry
